Everything behind the wall, under the floor, and above the ceiling.

We work on Chicago's housing stock every day — greystone walk-ups with original galvanized supply lines, 1920s two-flats with clay sewer laterals, and new high-rises in the South Loop. That range is the whole job.

Burst supply lines, overflowing toilets, water pouring through a ceiling. We answer live 24 hours and roll a truck with the parts to stop the water on the first visit.

Luke started the shop in 2009 out of a garage on Altgeld after eleven years working commercial service downtown. The idea was simple and hasn't changed: answer the phone yourself, quote the job before you start it, and don't sell somebody a new water heater when a $40 thermocouple will do.

Everyone on the crew is a licensed Illinois plumber, not a helper sent out to diagnose. That means the person standing in your kitchen can tell you what's wrong, what it costs, and whether it can wait until morning — and you get that answer on the first visit instead of a second appointment.

We're licensed, bonded, and insured, we pull permits on the work that needs them, and we clean up after ourselves. If we open a wall, we tell you what we found before we close it.
